Our olympic lifting specific classes will help our athletes achieve more in CrossFit and Weightlifting by becoming complete athletes in the most technically advanced lifts we teach.The snatch and clean and jerk are fundamental necessities in CrossFit and can be a sport all on their own, so we dedicate specific time to make sure and watch you and guide you to become better Crossfitters and Olympic lifters. We have classes that run in 8 week cycles. The class schedule is Tuesday and Thursday at 6:45pm and Saturday at 10 am.
Our Weightlifting team is a USAW Registered Club (Williams Weightlifting) and is led by National Champions and USA World Team members Caleb and Kelly Williams. We are here to unlock your full potential as an athlete in a fun, positive training environment.
