  • 200 air squats for time

  • Run 200m
  • 25 Pushups

  • Air squats

  • Run 400m
  • 50 Air squats

  • Run 5 minutes straight, then turnaround and try to make it back in less that 5 minutes. Meaning you will run faster on the way back.

  • 50 Double Unders (100 singles)

5 Min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
  • 3 Handstand pushups
  • 5 Burpees

18.

4 Rounds
  • 20 Pushups
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Situps

19.

  • Run 1 Mile (every minute do 5 burpees)

20.

  • 15 Minutes Handstand Practice then jog 1 mile @80% effort
