Will Jackson

Who are you? Tell us a little about yourself, your family and your life…
My lovely wife and I have been married for 15 years and we have a 9 year old daughter (Kennedy) and 7 year old son (Alston).  I enjoy sports, traveling with my family and volunteering in the community.  I am a former veteran of the Air Force and current IT professional in the healthcare industry.

What does your past in fitness/athletics look like?  Why did you decide to continue your journey here?
I grew up playing football and ran track through college.  I have always enjoyed a challenge and cross fit allows me to challenge myself in ways that I could never imagine.

How long have you been a member at CFG?
I will celebrate my one year anniversary in January.

What is something we might not know about you? 
I am an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. (Lawrenceville-Duluth Chapter).  We pride ourselves in raising over $20,000 annually to deserving high school students.

What is your favorite song to workout to? 
All I Do is Win by DJ Khaled

If you could be any animal, what would it be?
Cheetah

Whats the last thing you read?

What is it that keeps you coming back? 
The challenge, constant growth that I have seen within myself and my workout partners

What does the CFG Community mean to you? 
The CFG community is very important to me.  It doesn’t matter how difficult the workout may be, I know that I can always rely on their support and constant motivation.

What is one of your big goals for this upcoming year? 
My goals for this year are to lose weight and become more flexible.

Do you have any big plans for the rest of the year? 
My family and I will be planning for the Christmas holiday season.
