*Go Heavy but with double overhand grip , no hookgrip

-11 Box Jumps

 

WENESDAY

Power Snatch- Work to Heavy Single in 4 Min, then take 70% and do 3x7 TNG @70%

 

5 Rounds
-20m Sled Sprint
-7 Burpees
-20m Sled Sprint
Rest at least 1:00

 

THURSDAY

Rolling and ROMWOD!

Show up and get beat by Coach Christian!
