Schedule and Start-up session

Current schedule:

WOD classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30 am, Monday through Friday 8:30 am, 12:00 noon, 5:30 pm, & 6:30 pm. Saturday 9:00 am. At CrossFit Gwinnett we want you to feel comfortable with the workout structure of CrossFit and the various movements used on a regular basis. Therefore, your first session two sessions will be a 1 on 1 with one of our coaches. Your very first session will be your introductory workout and baseline. This will give us a metric/starting point from which to track your progress. We will re-test this workout at various stages of your membership to demonstrate that you are getting fitter. Your second session will also be a 1 on 1 session with one of our expert coaches. During this second session you will be coached in many of the movements that we use at CrossFit Gwinnett that you might not have had coaching for in the past. The coach will work closely with you in order to ensure that you understand how each movement is executed safely and effectively. Each of these movements will always be re-covered by the coach during a daily workout, but we feel like an initial exposure allows you to “talk the talk” of CrossFit. After your first two 1 on 1 sessions you will complete our nutrition survey and link up with Dr. Steven Platek to discuss your fitness goals and how he and the coaching staff at CrossFit Gwinnett can help tailor your eating/nutrition lifestyle to help you best achieve your fitness goals.
